A recipient of 20 GMA Dove Awards and writer of more than 40 No. 1 songs, Joel continues to thrive as a creative force who refuses to be confined to a single musical style.

More than 2,000 of his songs have been recorded by artists including Point of Grace, Selah, Gaither Vocal Band, Sandi Patty, Kristin Chenoweth, The Perrys, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, and many others. A writer with Curb | Word Entertainment, Joel currently resides in Santa Barbara, California.
